These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mandl.ai and any related websites owned or operated by Mandl, Inc. (“Mandl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The products and services of Mandl portfolio companies (Nirvana, Vega, and Cooper) are governed by their own terms and agreements, not by these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANDL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mandl and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Mandl about the Site.
